By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this virtual event (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Event

This is a digital, online-only event delivered via Zoom or a similar virtual platform. No physical products or tickets will be shipped.

2. Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may request a credit or ticket transfer to a future event up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

3. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having:

A stable internet connection

A device capable of audio and video streaming

We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your side.

4. Code of Conduct

This is a friendly community event for human participants over the age of 18 years old (pets may be any age!). All participants agree to:

Respect other attendees and hosts and please keep the conversation civil

Follow all instructions provided by event facilitators

We reserve the right to remove anyone violating these rules without refund.

5. Media Release (Photos, Video & Audio)

By attending the Event, you grant Andrew Darlow Images Intl. permission to record your name, likeness (including your pet), voice, video, and chat messages during the Event.

These recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, worldwide and in any media format. However, any full or partial rebroadcast of Event video content that includes identifiable participants (including their pets) will require permission from those participants via direct message or email before such content is shared.

You waive any compensation or rights of approval related to general promotional use of the resulting content.

If you prefer not to appear on camera, please turn off your video and remove identifying information.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials presented during the Event — including slides, guides, videos, or frameworks — are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, or sell them without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance. The host is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation or the use of information provided.

8. Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to reschedule the Event. If that occurs, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date, and you will be offered an opportunity to receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the event.

9. Event-Related Communications

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event, you consent to receive event-related email communications that are necessary to deliver the Event. These may include, but are not limited to:

Purchase and registration confirmations

Event reminders (including 24-hour, 1-hour, or “starting now” notifications)

Access details, links, and instructions

Schedule changes or important updates

Post-event follow-up emails directly related to this Event (such as replays or materials)

You will not be added to any general marketing or promotional email list, nor will you receive emails about future events, unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive such communications.

You may request a full refund up to 12 hours before the event begins. No refunds will be issued within 12 hours of the event start time.
